Inglot && Tuesday In Love -- Halal nail polish?

Sooo there's 2 nail polishes that I've recently heard about: Inglot and Tuesday In Love. The question is are they halal? And why would they need to be? It's just nail color.
Well, here's why nail polish would have to be halal for yalls who don't know. When we make wudhu, the water has to reach our skin and so on and with nail polish, it would be a barrier b/w the water and our nails, so yeah, your wudhu wouldn't really be fully done. I love nail polish with all my soul but I just cant wear it unless it's the peel off kind, so that's why I'm so hype about these nail polishes.

So first off, we'll do good ole Inglot

On the bottle it says it is breathable, but does it allow water to get through? Nope. There's a lot of buzz saying that it's halal and permeable, but in all reality, it only allows water vapors through and is not truly permeable. Sorry.

Next up is Tuesday in love

How about this one? Is this one permeable or not? Yes! During tests, Tuesday In Love was proven permeable. I looked at numerous tests to make sure it was correct and it was. Compared to Inglot, the water went through the nail polish.
Here is one of the tests that I looked at:
